Everyday modules
Your account
Your name and photo, the app's language and your password.
What it is for
Your account belongs to you, not to a company: your name, your photo, your phone, the language you see the app in and your password. Your identity is the same in every company you belong to, so what you change here shows in all of them.
Before you start
- Nothing: anyone with an account can open their own.
- To get there, open the menu with your name at the foot of the sidebar and click Your account. My companies, at the top right, takes you back.
Your profile
The photo
Click Change photo and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image of up to 8 MB. It is saved as soon as you choose it.
Your name and phone
First name and Last name are how you appear in all your companies: in the menu, among the members and in the history. The Phone is optional, so your companies can reach you.
The language
In Language choose Español or English, or The company's to follow the one your company chose. Click Save: the app switches language for you, and only for you.
Your language does not change what prints. Invoices, quotes, orders, receipts and credit notes come out in the company's Document language, in Settings (Set up the company).
How to invite you
To add you to their company, someone needs your Email or Your user ID. Click Copy ID and share it if you would rather not give out your email. Changing your email is not available yet.
Change your password
Confirm it is you
Under Password, type your Current password.
The new one
Type the New password, at least 8 characters and different from the current one, and repeat it in Repeat the new password. The eye shows what you type.
Change it
Click Change password. Every session is signed out, on all your devices, and you sign in again with the new one.
Do not remember the current one? Sign out and, on the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password?: a link that is valid for one hour arrives in your email.
At the foot of the page are the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, with the date you accepted them.
Common mistakes
- "The new password must be at least 8 characters long." Use a longer one; letters and numbers are recommended.
- "The new password must be different from the current one." Choose another.
- "Changing the password signed me out everywhere." That is how it works: sign in again on each device with the new one.
- "I changed the language and the invoice still prints in Spanish." The document language belongs to the company, not to you.
