Create your account

What it is for#

Your account is your key to Pixel One. Anyone can create one, no invitation needed. It is personal: with the same account you can have one company of your own and, if you are invited, work in as many others as you like. If you need more companies of your own, write to us and we raise your account's limit. Creating it takes two minutes.

Before you start#

• An email you can open: a code arrives to confirm it.
• If a company invited you, use the link in the invitation email. Then no code is needed and you go straight into that company.

The steps#

1. Fill in the sign-up form

   On the sign-in screen click Sign up. Type your First name, Last name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters (better with letters and numbers), and type it again in the repeat field. Click Create account.

   

2. Confirm your email

   We send you a 6-digit code. Type it in Code: it confirms on its own when you type the sixth digit. The code expires in 15 minutes.

   If it does not arrive, check your spam folder. After a minute you can click Resend code, or Change email if you mistyped it.

   

3. You reach your companies

   With your email confirmed you land on Select a company. If someone invited you, the invitation is in Pending invitations: click Accept or Decline. If you will use Pixel One for your own business, click Create company. Your account can have one company of its own; once you have it, Create another company turns off and tells you which email to write to for more.

   

Signing in next time#

Sign in with your email and password on Sign in. Keep me signed in comes ticked; untick it on a shared computer and the session ends when the browser closes.

If you forget your password, click Forgot your password?: you get a link valid for an hour. When you save the new one, your sessions on other devices are closed.

Common mistakes#

• "The code does not arrive." Look in spam and wait a minute before resending it. Check that the email is spelled right too (Change email).
• "I was invited but I do not see the company." The invitation goes to the exact email you were invited with. If you signed up with another, ask to be invited again with that one, or share your user ID (it is in Your account, under How to invite you).
• "The Create account button does not turn on." Fill in your first name, last name and email, and type the same password in both fields.
• "I cannot create another company." Each account can have one company of its own. Write to us and we raise it; the companies that invite you do not count against it.
